Late winter in the Pacific Northwest, everything seems gray and wet and dreary. But with spring coming, color is going to return soon. In the meantime, I remember one of the most colorful places I ever saw: St. Vitus Cathedral, Prague. Color seemed to vibrate everywhere in the city anyway, but when we climbed up to the castle and entered the cathedral, we were surrounded by breath-taking color. So, as I wait for spring to come back, I offer this as a hopeful meditation in the meantime.
